Reel Poets and returning guest Danielle reviews the 1999 film: 10 things I hate about you. A Shakespeare adaptation of the famous comedy play, The Taming Of The Shrew.  The film starred Julia Stiles, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Larry Miller, and Heath Ledger in his first movie role.  This movie was an extreme joy to the reviewers.  oh, Nostalgia.

Love Beats Rhymes Feat Tarandeep

Reel Poetry with Tarandeep review 2017 film Love Beats Rhymes (starring Jill Scott, Azealia Banks, Common, and John David Washington).  The main question, Is rap poetry?, is a good talking point but the movie doesn’t dive into it as much and deals a lot of clichés with the cast.
